Well, this guy for one. For my co-worker, Jeff, it's more like St. Patricks' MONTH! If you plan on attending Hartford's St. Patrick's Day parade this year, look for his green, white and orange flag-festooned van near the corner of Capitol and Washington Streets. He and his family will gladly share with you whatever snacks and drinks they brought...and 'tis sure you'll be havin' some good laughs.
